This is a key role managing all aspects of a high-profile new build scheme from start to finish, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.You will act as the main client interface, coordinating all site operations, managing subcontractors, and driving successful project delivery for this exciting residential development.Location: Holyhead, North Wales (site based)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Hours: 42.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: PermanentThe duties will include:Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the 54 new build homes project in HolyheadDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and programmes specific to new build requirementsCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and smooth deliveryManage procurement of materials, equipment, and labour efficiently to optimise resourcesEnsure all construction complies with building regulations, health & safety standards, and contractual requirementsMonitor progress on site, identify risks and delays, and implement solutions to maintain programme and budgetPrepare and present regular progress and financial reports to senior management and clientsCollaborate closely with commercial teams to control costs and contractual complianceOversee quality control, safety, and adherence to design and specification standards on siteManage, lead, and motivate on-site teams including subcontractors and labour forceCapture project knowledge and promote continuous improvement in site processesEnsure strong financial management and cost control throughout the project
