As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, guided by experienced teachers and therapistsHelp implement individual communication and behaviour plansAssist in a range of indoor and outdoor learning activities, including forest school sessionsFoster positive relationships built on trust, empathy and patienceBe part of a team making a genuine difference every day✅ You'll Need:A calm, caring and resilient approachA genuine passion for working with children with SEN, particularly Autism and SEMHExperience in SEN (preferred but not essential - full training available)Your own transport, as the school is in a beautiful rural location not accessible by public transportA willingness to be active, creative and hands-on🎁 What You'll Get:Hourly rate of £13.80 - £15 (depending on experience)Access to free CPD training through Inspire EHCOngoing support from a dedicated consultantThe opportunity to be part of something truly specialImportant Information:
