- Oversee the full EHCP process, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks

- Track student progress and implement effective, evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
- Contribute to the strategic development of SEND provision across the college
- Stay abreast of policy and ensure best practice is embedded throughout the setting
- A recognised SENCo qualification (essential)
- In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory responsibilities
