
HR Business Partner (Labor Relations)

- Act as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while promoting a positive and collaborative labor environment
- Guide and coach managers through labor relations matters, including contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and day-to-day union interactions
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address labor-related challenges
- Partner with leadership to deliver training and development programs that enhance leadership capability and reinforce contract compliance and fair employment practices
- Serve as a key liaison during contract negotiations and labor-management meetings, ensuring consistent application of collective bargaining agreements and labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a unionized manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of employment and labor law, with direct experience supporting or leading labor relations initiatives
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization, particularly with frontline leadership and union representatives
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; data-driven approach to workforce planning and problem-solving
