- Scan incoming mail and paper files. Upload to the complaints management system
- Track and record incoming paper files
- Download and save electronic files
- Monitor Professional Conduct Team mailbox – save and direct emails to team and save to complaints management system
- Prepare outgoing mail. Print and prepare recorded delivery and special delivery letters. Record accurately to complaints management system
- Format, combine, encrypt and redact documents
- Input confidential data to complaints management system, format and send emails
- Answer telephone calls from members of the public and solicitors
- Administrative knowledge
- General office experience
- Microsoft Office skills
