- Work with account managers to ensure all quotes are raised and orders placed
- Help deliver solutions provided to customers to ensure value gained and risk reduction
- Help maintain customer service and satisfaction in the form of service reviews meetings
- Help support account managers with account strategies to improve customer relationships
- Manage any necessary administrative work for account managers
- Help facilitate the transition from the sales process to the customer success teams within Saepio’s services and vendor partnerships
- Help manage contract renewals and uncover upsell opportunities
- Build relationships within partner community
- Work close with account managers to ensure sales targets are met
- Managing deal registrations and writing business justifications
- Identify process improvements that enhance business efficiency
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in similar customer facing role
- Exerts attention to detail

- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver results
- Must possess good organisational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
