To support our growth, we are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join our Internal Sales Team.What will you be doing?Responsibilities:
  • Work with account managers to ensure all quotes are raised and orders placed
  • Help deliver solutions provided to customers to ensure value gained and risk reduction
  • Help maintain customer service and satisfaction in the form of service reviews meetings
  • Help support account managers with account strategies to improve customer relationships
  • Manage any necessary administrative work for account managers
  • Help facilitate the transition from the sales process to the customer success teams within Saepio’s services and vendor partnerships
  • Help manage contract renewals and uncover upsell opportunities
  • Build relationships within partner community
  • Work close with account managers to ensure sales targets are met
  • Managing deal registrations and writing business justifications
  • Identify process improvements that enhance business efficiency
Who are we looking for?We’re looking for an organised and personable individual:
  • Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in similar customer facing role
  • Exerts attention to detail
  • Passion to learn, collaborate with colleagues and embrace the family culture
  • High motivation and ambition to build a fulfilling career
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver results
  • Must possess good organisational skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
