Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well known legal brand and join a large, established Corporate practiceThe Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
  • Providing legal advice and support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals.
  • Advising a range of clients from PE houses and FS clients
  • Working closely with the Partners and senior fee earners on deals
  • Helping the team on marketing and business development.

  • A qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales and likely to be around 1-4 years PQE

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The client is a global law firm with a large office in Sheffield. They have a highly rated Corporate practice which advises large Corporates on a range of work. This includes M & A and PE deals. The firm offers excellent training and support and you can expect a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Competitive salary ranging from £67,000 to £80,000 per annum.
