
Specification Sales Manager

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve agreed sales targets
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Contractors, Developers to influence specification and secure orders
- Deliver engaging presentation and technical support to customers
- Collaborate with the Internal Sales team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the customer experience is exceptional
- Monitor market trends and activity
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events, where required
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and work closely with the Sales Manager
- Strong track record in driving sales and growth within the construction sector
- Experience selling Timber, Cladding, Decking, or other aligned products is essential
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work well within an SME environment
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills and confidence managing stakeholder relationships
- Willingness to travel
