Develop and implement a market sector growth plan in conjunction with our Sector Leader to drive revenue and raise our brand awareness with a team to target £5m revenue growth across our UK business service lines. Drive growth through new clients in the advanced manufacturing sector through existing key client relationships in the industry. Contribute to the Sector marketing and communications plan, which will include attendance at events, development of blogs, plus articles, as well as bringing your ideas for improvement. Manage pipeline and feed opportunities into the business line pipeline to ensure an optimal flow of pursuits to achieve set targets. Delivered Project Director roles on complex manufacturing projects Education at a Bachelor's, Engineering, or Master's Degree A Proven experience in Account and client management within a multinational engineering or professional services firm. Have a market opinion and personal brand in the professional industry Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to profitably grow client accounts. Be able to demonstrate significant leadership capability and the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose. Demonstrable successful implementation of Client experience at the individual client and strategic level. Have a strong network of market contacts, both client and supply chain, that can be leveraged. Led complex pursuits at £5m+ revenue. The ability to strategically plan and implement a strategy. Demonstrated experience as a senior sales leader with a strong presence in the market in the country. Ambitious mindset and a strong drive to grow the business and meet/ exceed targets. The ability to inspire and enthuse pursuit and account teams to bring their best. Entrepreneurial attitude and strategic focus with strong commercial drive and decisiveness
