They are now seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team from October half term.About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will play a vital role supporting class teachers across various subjects. You’ll provide targeted assistance to individual pupils and small groups, contribute to lesson planning and delivery, and help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s learning journeys.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom
  • Help foster a positive classroom atmosphere and assist with behaviour management
  • Support the emotional and pastoral care of students
  • Prepare learning resources and monitor pupil progress
  • Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
