- Lead and manage the staff Pensions and Customer Pensions Payroll function
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations
- Oversee third-party supplier relationships and system upgrades
- Deliver accurate and timely payroll reporting and reconciliations
- Present MI reporting to the quarterly DC Governance committee
- Significant pension management experience
- Strong understanding of personal pensions and auto-enrolment
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in payroll functions for pensions
- Relevant professional qualifications (CF1 / FA2)
