Rate: £400 per day Limited Outside IR35 or PAYE UmbrellaJob DescriptionAn excellent contract opportunity has arisen for a Site Agent to join a major framework delivering a civil engineering and water infrastructure project. The successful Site Agent will be responsible for leading on-site delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.The successful candidate will have a strong background with Tier 1 contractors, with proven experience in reinforced concrete, drainage, duct routes, storage tanks, and kiosk installation. You will be confident managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and performance for both delivery partners and clients.What’s in it for you?This role offers the chance to play a central part in delivering a high-profile civil engineering project. You will take ownership of on-site delivery, working closely with a skilled delivery team. The position offers an excellent day rate (outside IR35).ResponsibilitiesYou will take overall responsibility for site activities, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and client interactions. You will drive a collaborative and proactive culture, ensuring buildability, compliance, and high standards across safety, programme, and quality. You will monitor progress, resolve site issues efficiently, and promote right-first-time delivery.RequirementsYou must have extensive experience in civil engineering site delivery, ideally with Tier 1 contractors. A strong understanding of reinforced concrete, drainage, duct routes, storage tanks, and kiosk installation is essential. You must hold a valid CSCS card.
