Hours: Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pmWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly regarded new homes developer, for an experienced and motivated New Homes Sales Executive to join their team operating across County Durham, Tees Valley, and Tyne & Wear.This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and customer-focused sales professional with a background in new homes to join a thriving company offering excellent earning potential and a supportive working environment.Key Responsibilities:Represent the developer on-site, delivering a professional and welcoming customer experienceManage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completionProactively follow up leads and maintain regular contact with prospective purchasersAchieve and exceed sales targets set by the developerEnsure all administrative and reporting duties are completed accurately and in a timely mannerWork closely with the site and head office teams to support marketing and development launchesKey Requirements:Proven experience in new homes sales is essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple developmentsA target-driven and self-motivated approachFull UK driving licence and access to own transportWhat’s on Offer:Competitive basic salary between £25,027 and £30,796Strong commission structure with uncapped earning potentialConsistent working pattern (Thursday to Monday, 10am – 5pm)Opportunity to work with a respected and growing developerTo apply or find out more, please contact:Ben Miller
