We know that our teams are the key to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for our clients, customers, and employees.We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Industrial Cleaning Team Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Stevenage.As a Industrial Cleaning Team Supervisor you'll:
  • Provide comprehensive industrial cleaning across campus, including external and internal areas
  • Perform tasks such as jet washing, high-level cleaning, window and glass cleaning, upholstery care, and outdoor fixture maintenance
  • Lead as the subject matter expert working at height operations, ensuring safety and compliance
  • Manage Permit to Work processes and promote a zero-harm safety culture and oversee third-party contractors, risk assessments, and all relevant health and safety documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, and client requirements; maintain accurate records and SOPs
  • Support GxP/GMP laboratory cleaning procedures
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and reactive requests via ServiceNow
  • Manage and develop the ICT team, ensuring training, performance, and HR issues are handled effectively
  • Assist with asset management and preventative maintenance
  • Drive operational excellence, safety, and high standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure service quality
What we're looking for:Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Strong focus on health and safety compliance
  • Proactive and highly organized
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office, Permit to Work systems, Salesforce (Salus), and SAP

  • COSHH certification
  • Working at Height certification
  • Confined Spaces training
  • Ladder training
  • Banksperson qualification
  • GxP experience
