- Supporting students with SEN in their learning activities
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs as required
- Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies
- Working closely with teachers and other professionals to support student development
- Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour
- Previous experience working with individuals with SEN
- Good understanding of SEN support strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SEN support practises and techniques
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- SEN qualification or relevant certification
- First Aid training
