– Assess and manage cases involving children with disabilities, ensuring each family is supported in line with restorative practice models.
– Develop and implement child in need plans, child protection plans, and support care proceedings.
– Engage with families using a family-led planning approach to deliver tailored support and interventions.
– Liaise with other professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive care to the children and families.
– Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Requirements:
– Degree or equivalent in social work.
– Current registration with Social Work England.
