Are you seeking a rare opportunity to work entirely remotely, with just one day a month in our clients Surrey office?About Our Client: Our client is a leading education recruitment agency committed to providing top-tier staffing solutions to schools and educational institutions nationwide. Their team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of students and educators alike.Role Overview: As a fully remote Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a designated area within the education sector. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and placing talented candidates in various educational roles. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure the perfect match every time. There will be some business development in your role.Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Passion for making a difference in the education sector
