  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

The ideal Registered Home Manager will have:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
  • Experience managing a successful care service for older people.
  • Proven background in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and care management software.
  • Good Character and Good Health as per Regulation 7 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
