We’re seeking two experienced social workers for our Connected Carers Team to undertake vital assessments and provide essential support. – Provide guidance, supervision, and reviews with our Connected Carers to facilitate their transition into caregiving roles.
– Uphold the values and objectives of the Connected Carers Team, promoting the welfare and interests of children.
– Work closely with children, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
– Maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to the team’s knowledge and understanding of fostering services.Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:– Degree or equivalent in social work.
– Current registration with Social Work England.
