Duties include assessing students' individual needs, developing tailored learning plans, delivering lessons and activities to enhance their academic and social skills, and monitoring progress through regular evaluations.Education:A degree in Education or a related field.Experience:Previous experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role.Knowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of SEN requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles, and proficiency in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.Working Conditions:The SEN Tutor will work part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
