To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • A relevant degree or teaching qualification in your subject area of expertise
  • Proven experience in delivering 1:1 Tutoring or teaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Adaptability and creativity in designing lesson plans that cater to individual learning needs
  • A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach to student development
