- 5+ years in commercial real estate with substantial experience in flexible or managed workspace solutions
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced and uncertain environments
- Deep knowledge of the flexible office sector, business models, and key players
- Commercially savvy with excellent financial and negotiation skills
- Experience in leading diverse teams and shaping strategy
- Strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and drives outcomes despite obstacles
