  • Define and lead the Flex office strategy, anticipating market shifts and aligning with the evolving hybrid work model
  • Translate insights into actionable growth initiatives, from new service lines to improved operational models - with a focus on margin expansion
  • Guide the business through change by balancing agility and long-term vision
Revenue Generation and P&L
  • Drive revenue generation to achieve targets
  • Maintain rigorous focus on margin, making decisions grounded in data and commercial logic
  • Navigate volatility (e.g. market uncertainty, internal restructures) while continuing to deliver strong commercial outcomes
Team Leadership & Development
  • Foster a high-performance culture through tailored development, transparent communication, and a people-first mindset
  • Serve as a mentor not just to your direct reports but also to wider teams, supporting individual career growth and wellbeing
  • Champion inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, and resilience under pressure
Marketing, Content & Visibility
  • Own the strategic marketing vision, balancing spend management with visibility and SEO performance
  • Rebuild content consistency by aligning internal teams and external partners, creating a narrative that reflects the value of Flex to our clients and our business
  • Lead initiatives such as national roadshows to increase brand recognition and build stronger cross-regional partnerships
Client Advisory & Relationships
  • Act as a senior advisor to both occupiers and landlords, helping them navigate hybrid working, flex trends, and short-to-medium-term solutions
  • Leverage long-standing relationships and market insight to win repeat business and unlock referrals
Operational Excellence & Innovation
  • Identify inefficiencies and fix them quickly, from broken content workflows to platform misalignment - with a practical, problem-solving mindset
  • Embrace innovation, integrating CRM tools, digital platforms, and AI to drive smarter workflows, stronger lead conversion, and enhanced client service
Internal Collaboration & Influence
  • Drive national collaboration across regions and business lines, turning isolated conversations into enterprise-wide opportunities
  • Enhance internal referrals by aligning incentives, education, and accountability across service lines
  • Build trust at all levels of the organisation by being dependable, honest, and solutions-oriented
Compliance & Governance
  • Partner with Central Operations to ensure the team adheres to all regulatory, risk, and operational protocols — delivering great service with full accountability
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in commercial real estate with substantial experience in flexible or managed workspace solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced and uncertain environments
  • Deep knowledge of the flexible office sector, business models, and key players
  • Commercially savvy with excellent financial and negotiation skills
  • Experience in leading diverse teams and shaping strategy
