Leading project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Managing resources, commercial performance, and team development.
Driving technical excellence and mentoring engineers and technicians.
Supporting business growth through client relationships, bids, and strategic planning.You’ll Be Involved In:
Resource and team planning
HR and performance management
Financial oversight and fee control
Design innovation and technical leadership
Contractual and commercial matters
Business development and networkingWhat We’re Looking For:
Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (MEng/BEng)
Chartered or working towards Chartership (IStructE/ICE)
Strong background in building structures and development design
Skilled communicator and team leader
Proficient in design software and hand calculations
Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards
