The Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is seeking a highly qualified and skilled target developer and effects intelligence analyst to support EUCOM at RAF Molesworth, Cambridgeshire, UK. The targeting analyst will conduct thorough research to develop targeting materials of relevant facilities, individuals, equipment, and other items of interest in support of EUCOM.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for conducting classified research to develop targeting materials.Must be familiar with Joint Publications, Joint Publications (JP), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) standards, and EUCOM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of degree) and 5+ years of experience as an imagery analyst, including imagery exploitation and creating imagery products3+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyze findings1+ years of experience with Intermediate Target Development (ITD)1+ years of experience in the EUCOM AORExperience working with partners across the Intelligence CommunityExperience with MIDB and MARSKnowledge of the DoD and ICAbility to work in a 24/7 environmentApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of experience as a foreign disclosure representativeExperience with data analytics and visualizationKnowledge of the intelligence cycle or Joint Targeting cycleKnowledge of national or commercial imageryKnowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocolsPossession of excellent interpersonal skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing senior leadershipGraduate of the Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) CourseExperience with data analytics and visualizationEIO2024At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better.
