Contract Type: Part-Time – 30 hours per week

If you love a good laugh, enjoy planning exciting outings, and have a passion for helping others live life to the fullest, we’d love to hear from you!Who Will You Be Supporting?You’ll be supporting a friendly and outgoing gentleman in his 50s with a brain injury. He has a great sense of humour and leads an active, social lifestyle. His interests include:
- Enjoying a wide range of music, from Led Zeppelin to Girls Aloud, and attending concerts
- Watching movies and relaxing at home
- Visiting Shelsley Walsh for motorbike racing and track days
- Going out for meals and socialising
- Empowering Independence: Provide 1:1 support to help him live life on his own terms, while offering 2:1 assistance in the mornings for personal care.
- Daily Living Support: Assist with meal preparation and ensure all eating and drinking is aligned with a SALT assessment.
- Engaging Activities: Plan and accompany him to his favorite outings, including concerts, racing events, and meals out.
- Building a Connection: Be a fun, friendly, and respectful companion, balancing active days out with quiet moments at home.
- Day Shifts: 9am - 5pm
- Evening Sleep-In Shifts: 4:45pm - 11am (1-2 required per week)
- Sleep-In Hours Cover: 11pm - 8am (Set rate of £50 during this time)
