We are currently working with a UK-based Fund Manager who have around £8bn AUM and is now looking to increase that after getting large financial backing across all funds.They traditionally cover the Energy, Renewables and Utilities space but have now recently expanded into the Infrastructure and Transport Sector.They are looking to expand the team with a Junior Associate/ Associate hire after recently bringing on an Analyst to the team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and prepare materials and memos for various investors based on the back of developing detailed models and financial analysis
  • Assist in managing all aspects of due diligence and the execution of transactions
  • Originate and screen potential investment opportunities
  • Assist in ongoing Asset Management
Requirements
  • Between 3 -6 Years of experience across investment banking, investment, corporate finance, M&A or the Big 4
  • Entrepreneurial mindset as they want someone to able to grow with the business
  • Prior deal experience within Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities (preferably regulated) space.
