- 2+ full strategic cycles of relevant experience in Marketing, CRM or Data Analytics
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience building reports and communicating insights clearly
- Quick learner with an ability to pick up complex manual processes rapidly
- Experience reporting on marketing / CRM activities
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of CRM / Marketing tools like Salesforce, Braze, or another Email Service Provider (ESP)
- Experience with querying customer databases
- SQL/Java JDBC or another database language
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
