SEND Teacher Assistant Needed!Are you looking for a rewarding job that makes a tangible difference in the lives of young people? The Education Network is looking for a Teaching Assistant to help support in special needs schools in Leeds and Bradford. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be playing a vital role in the classroom, and you will be helping to support young people attain their goals!   • Provide 1:1 learning support for children with profound needs.
  • Build rapport and establish appropriate relationships with students in line with their support plans.
  • Empower students to achieve their personal and academic goals by following educational and care plans with the support of the classroom team.
Person Specification
  • Experience working with people with additional needs.
  • An understanding of care plans and EHCP.
  • GCSE Level Qualification.
  • Have a positive attitude towards learning.
  • Ability to adapt and think dynamically in high pressured situations.
  • DBS on the update service.
