What you will do:
  • Learn and implement individualised teaching programmes based on the principles of behaviour analysis.
  • Work directly with pupils, delivering tailored instruction and support in both one-to-one and small group settings.
  • Collect and analyse data to monitor pupil progress and inform teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced teachers, behaviour analysts, and other therapists.
  • Contribute to a positive and structured learning environment where every child can thrive.
We are looking for individuals who:
  • Hold a degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
  • Have some demonstrable experience (paid or voluntary) working with children or young people, ideally those with additional needs or challenging behaviour.
  • Possess a genuine interest in behaviour analysis and its application in education.
