You will deliver targeted interventions, support individual learners, and contribute to planning and assessment within the classroom.This position is ideal for a confident, flexible practitioner who is committed to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver learning activities to individuals and small groupsLead whole-class teaching when requiredAssist with lesson planning, classroom organisation, and resource preparationSupport pupils with SEND and SEMH to access the curriculumContribute to tracking and assessing pupil progressFoster a positive, inclusive learning environmentCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a school settingStrong understanding of the national curriculumExperience supporting pupils with SEND (particularly SEMH) is highly desirableExcellent communication and teamwork skillsHLTA status or relevant qualifications/training in safeguarding, child development, or first aid are advantageous
