Job descriptionwe at Prospero are currently recruiting for a highly experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a bright and academically able Year 6 boy with ASD and ADHD, starting this September.About the Role:Location: BramhallStart Date: September 2025Duration: Ongoing, reviewed termly – likely to continue until the end of the academic yearPay: CompetitiveThe pupil requires minimal academic support but benefits from having a strong, positive relationship with a trusted adult who can step in proactively when behaviours begin to escalate – especially during unstructured times such as break and lunch.We’re ideally looking for someone who:Has significant experience supporting children with ASD and ADHDIs calm, consistent, and emotionally intelligentShares a genuine love of sport and/or animals, to help foster rapportCan provide both structure and flexibility as needed throughout the school dayExperience, Training and Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year experience LSA/SEN work for KS1 or KS2 preferred but not required.
· Up to date safeguarding training issued in the past year.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.To be eligible for this role through Prospero: YOU MUST!
· Have a valid right to work in the UK.
