  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Conduct engaging, persuasive outreach to potential partners, with a focus on expanding our creators and subscriber base
  • Build rapport and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and creators using tailored communication strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise sales scripts, refine value propositions, and provide market feedback
  • Manage the full sales funnel: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and supporting the handover to account management
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, pipeline growth, and closed opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing outreach effectiveness and sharing best practices across the team

  • Starting Salary: $400 USD for the probationary (8-week) period
  • Full Rate: $500 USD following the successful completion of probation
  • Structure: Contracted 40 hours per week (10-hour shifts across 4 days)
  • Earning Potential: Lucrative commission and bonus opportunities (up to $1,000+ monthly, 1.5%–3% on eligible sales and partnerships)
  • Payout Frequency: Bi-monthly payments on the 15th and last day of each month
  • Commission Paid: One month in arrears for all earned commissions
