- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Conduct engaging, persuasive outreach to potential partners, with a focus on expanding our creators and subscriber base
- Build rapport and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and creators using tailored communication strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise sales scripts, refine value propositions, and provide market feedback
- Manage the full sales funnel: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and supporting the handover to account management
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, pipeline growth, and closed opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing outreach effectiveness and sharing best practices across the team
- Proactive & Resilient: Comfortable reaching out to new contacts, embracing rejection as a learning opportunity, and eager to solve challenges
- Sales-Focused: Commercially minded, with an understanding of digital sales, business development, and client acquisition processes

- Previous Experience: Minimum one year in business development, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar client-facing role

- Starting Salary: $400 USD for the probationary (8-week) period
- Full Rate: $500 USD following the successful completion of probation
- Structure: Contracted 40 hours per week (10-hour shifts across 4 days)
- Earning Potential: Lucrative commission and bonus opportunities (up to $1,000+ monthly, 1.5%–3% on eligible sales and partnerships)
- Payout Frequency: Bi-monthly payments on the 15th and last day of each month
- Commission Paid: One month in arrears for all earned commissions
