We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to support daily warehouse operations, including goods handling, stock movement, and dispatch preparation.This is a full-time, temp to perm role offering stability, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for progression. It’s ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and experienced with counterbalance forklift work.Please note: Own transport is required if you are not local to Yate due to limited public transport links.Key Responsibilities:Loading and unloading deliveriesMoving goods using a counterbalance forkliftStock control and replenishmentOrder picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatchLabelling and wrapping goods for shipmentGeneral housekeeping and warehouse upkeepSupporting team members across the warehouse when neededWhat We’re Looking For:Recent experience operating a counterbalance forklift – essential
(Formal licence not required, but hands-on experience is a must)Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environmentStrong attention to detail and reliabilityWillingness to get stuck in and work as part of a teamPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handling
