This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and contribute directly to strategic decision-making.Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flowLead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and complianceManage statutory reporting, tax obligations, and external audit relationshipsImplement and maintain robust financial controls and policiesProvide strategic financial insight to senior leadership, supporting business planningMonitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvementSupport inventory and asset management across multiple business unitsDrive process improvements and automation within finance systemsMentor and develop junior finance team membersBroad Business Exposure LeadershipQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experienceStrong technical accounting skills and commercial awarenessExperience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role within a fast-paced, multi-entity environmentProficient in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsSelf-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently * Office based 5 DAYS a week.The company operates internationally and is known for its innovation, agility, and commitment to excellence.
