- Monitoring accounts email inboxes to ensure queries and communications are picked up and directed appropriately.
- Processing purchase ledger invoices, ensuring accurate 3-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Investigating and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Processing subcontractor invoices, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant.
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of month-end payment runs.
- Providing support to the wider finance team as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Previous experience of working in a similar role.
- Strong IT skills including Excel.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Sage / Xero or equivalent experience
