- Lead and supervise commissioning duties across utility scale solar and battery storage sites
- Perform High Voltage (HV) operations
- Play a key role in commissioning phases of projects, liaising with the ICP, DNO and other external personnel
- Working with the Authorising Engineer, you would look for areas of improvement opportunities across the assets
- Schedule and execute HV switching operations
- Monitor, audit and ensure subcontractor compliance with RAMS, commissioning protocols and inspection and test plans
- Be a major influence in the smooth transition from commissioning to operations of each asset
- Ensure that all works are completed to the best standard and in line with Safe Systems at Work
- Travel around company sites when required
- At least a level 3 qualification in electrical installation
- 2391 test and inspection
- HV AP15 or equivalent is key
- HV switching experience
- Commissioning and supervisory experience in market
- Enjoys being on the road visiting sites
- Someone who wants to develop others
