- Supervise and engage with children during lunch, promoting positive social interactions.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting dining environment.
- Encourage healthy eating habits and support children's independence during mealtimes.
- Collaborate with nursery staff to ensure the wellbeing of all children.
- Experience in a childcare or nursery setting is preferred. (Level 2 or 3 desirable)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with young children.
- A commitment to promoting healthy eating and lifestyles among children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are an advantage.
