We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team full-time, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) or Special Educational Needs (SEN) across provisions in the Bolton area.Key Requirements:Previous experience working with children in SEMH or SEN settings is essentialMust be available to work full-time hoursMust hold a full driving licence and have access to own transportStrong understanding of behaviour management strategiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy and resilienceRole Responsibilities:Support pupils with SEMH or SEN to manage and improve their behaviourImplement individual behaviour support plans under guidance from teaching staffAssist in creating a safe and positive learning environmentWork closely with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to monitor progressAccompany pupils to off-site activities and transport as requiredWhat We Offer:A supportive working environment with ongoing training and development opportunitiesThe chance to make a meaningful impact on young people’s livesCompetitive salary and benefits packageIf you are passionate about supporting children with SEMH or SEN needs and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.To Apply:
