This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the day-to-day execution of our Testing & Conformance (T&C) team's plan, pressure-testing risks, and coordinating crucial change requests. You'll be the master of our project management tools, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication across all our technical domains, including IT, security, and infrastructure.What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree (Master's is a plus).
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing medium-to-large projects.
  • Strong experience with SAP.
  • A background in Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS is an advantage
  • Expertise in Testing & Conformance (T&C), project planning, and pressure-testing risks.
  • A project management certification (e.g., PMP or Agile).
  • The ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
