Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world.To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Product Delivery Expert in the Group Digital Technology Center | Marketing Business Digital Department | Project Management Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.Summary:International Relocation IT Project Manager, as a bridge, connects the sales headquarters in UK and the IT department of Lotus Cars Technology, responsible for summarizing and sorting out marketing project requirements to the final implementation. The core goal is to drive the deep integration of technology strategy and business requirements and ensure the efficient implementation of cross-border projects, and achieve the following key results.This role will leverage cultural insights, facilitating communication and operations between a LTIL UK, LCE Europe and their Chinese counterparts. The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, skills in areas like relationship management, problem-solving, and project tracking.
You will serve as the main point of contact for Chinese colleagues, handling phone calls, emails, and written correspondence translation and proofreading of documents, and resolving schedule conflicts.1. Localization and compliance of technical standards

  • Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
  • Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
  • Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
What you'll bring:
  • Comprehensive experience in managing I.T. projects.
  • Extensive experience in I.T system development and process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in automotive CRM system operations.
  • Native-level Mandarin and advanced spoken and written English.
  • Deep understanding of Chinese culture and business practices to bridge communication and operational gaps
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to develop and maintain

Additional Information:
  • This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time.
  • Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
