- To prepare, cook, and serve food delegated as your responsibility, adhering to the dish specifications, to achieve the correct quality, appearance, and portion size
- Work closely with the section Chef de Partie the ensure the highest possible quality is maintained and standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times
- Ensure Mis-en-place is done for your delegated section to the agreed schedule and ready for service at the agreed time
- Carry out food labelling/dating and stock rotation to the required standard on a regular basis, and ensure all records are recorded and updated
- Assist with food deliveries and the correct storage in line with HACCP regulations and Hotel standard
- Go above and beyond to create unforgettable dining experiences
- Interest in culinary arts and a passion for the kitchen
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certification preferred
