This role offers the exciting opportunity to secure a permanent contract with the school for the right candidate.About the Role:As an English Teacher in an SEMH setting, you’ll play a key role in inspiring a love of learning while supporting students with a range of social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Your lessons will not only develop core literacy skills but also help pupils build confidence and resilience.Responsibilities:✔ Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning needs
✔ Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using de-escalation strategies where needed
✔ Support students’ social and emotional development alongside academic progress
✔ Work closely with a strong pastoral and SEN support teamWhat We’re Looking For:✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✅ Experience teaching English at KS3/KS4 level
✅ Understanding of SEMH needs and behaviour management techniques
