- Conduct targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery calls for senior sales team
- Research key target sectors and identify potential opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align messaging and campaign follow-up
- Use CRM tools to track activity and continuously improve outreach strategy
- 1-2 years’ experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or client-facing role (ideally SaaS or construction tech)
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated to build a career in tech sales
- Strong organisational skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Interest in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors a plus
- Able to commute to Manchester office 2-3 days per week
