- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, professionally and promptly.
- Organise travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the department's needs.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative support role, preferably within the professional services industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all work.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
