- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.
- Lead the team in the absence of senior chefs, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Help develop and refine menus using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
- Train, mentor, and support junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels, food storage, and kitchen organization efficiently.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu innovation and food presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment.
