This is why they are looking to add to their motivated and ambitious workforce.Within this role you will be responsible for compiling bids for Mechanical projects. As well as understanding specification drawings and documents and producing full take offs. Also, you will be calculating a variety of costs of different aspects of the projects including labor, materials, transport and equipment hire amongst other costs. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be expected to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, proposals and breakdowns.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Estimator with experience in the Mechanical and Electrical sector who is highly motivated and looking to hit the ground running. The Ideal candidate will also have a full UK drivers license to travel to their occasionally nationwide.This is a great opportunity for an Estimator with experience in the Mechanical and Electrical sector who is looking to join a growing and ambitious company. - Working on Building Services projects
- Working in a mix of sectors but mainly within the Commercial sector
- Based in Bristol and occasionally travelling to sites nationwide
- Attending sites to meet with clients to clarify clients need and expectations
- Estimator with experience in the Mechanical sector
- Commutable distance to their office in Bristol
- Good Communicator, team player and motivated
- Full UK drivers license
