With over 40 global sites and thousands of scientists and technicians, Catalent delivers billions of doses of life-enhancing and life-saving treatments annually.We’re looking for a Site Commercial Operations Lead to join our Swindon team and play a key role in driving commercial success across our innovative Zydis® technologies.As Site Commercial Operations Lead, you’ll take full ownership of the proposal process—from scoping and pricing to delivery and client engagement. You’ll collaborate across Business Development, Project Management, and Operational teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and strategically aligned proposals that support business growth.You’ll also lead Business Review Meetings and Commercial Visits, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and seamless communication between clients and internal teams.The Role:
  • Manage end-to-end proposal development for Zydis® projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional input to deliver accurate, client-ready quotations
  • Champion continuous improvement and digital innovation in commercial processes
  • Host and manage client visits and review meetings, ensuring clear action tracking
  • Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and support broader initiatives
  • Monitor quote status and identify opportunities to recover missed revenue
The Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in pharma, medical device, or food manufacturing preferred
  • Strong background in proposal development, commercial operations, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Technical understanding of drug product development and manufacturing
