Manufacturing Engineering - Serial Process EngineerLocation: Broughton Production SiteContract: 12 months (Inside IR35)Pay Rate: £36 per hour (via an umbrella company)Belcans' client, who is a leading aerospace manufacturer is looking for a Serial Process Engineer to support production by bridging the gap between design, engineering, and shop floor operations. This role focuses on maintaining and improving work instructions based on technical drawings, using SAP.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain assembly processes and tooling specifications.
  • Ensure alignment between manufacturing and design documentation.
  • Support production with work instructions, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Analyse deviations, write concessions, and contribute to industrial planning and product definition.
  • Review design packages and raise queries as needed.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong understanding of assembly systems and machining/manual processes.
  • Experience in industrialisation and work preparation.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • Creative, organised, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
