The Role We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant (perm focus) to join our growing team. While insurance market experience is ideal, we're also open to consultants from professional services (finance, medical, corporate) backgrounds - just not high-volume temp/contract sectors.You'll have the freedom to build your desk without being burdened by rigid KPIs. Success here is measured by relationships, quality of delivery, and sustainable billings.What We Offer
  • Clear earning trajectory:
  • Year 1: £90k target billings
  • Year 2: £120k target
  • Experienced recruiters: £200k+ target
  • Commission: 22.5% (with variable threshold c.£4-7k/month)
  • Quarterly bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working: typically WFH every Wednesday, with flexibility
  • Supportive team culture: work alongside specialists in broking, underwriting, compliance, and marketing

What We're Looking For
  • A recruiter with experience in insurance, financial services, medical, or professional services recruitment
  • Strong track record of billing, ideally £90k+ annually
  • Stable CV (we value commitment over “jumpy” moves)
  • Someone who thrives in a people-first, non-KPI-driven environment
  • Must be able to commute to our Billericay office (car essential)
