We are looking to appoint a Matron post in Women's Services department based at Ysbyty Gwynedd.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about leading the team to deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients thus making a positive difference to the patient's experience. As Matron you will ensure that all services are delivered in line with agreed performance, financial and government objectives whilst ensuring the workforce are professionally led and managed in order to develop a highly motivated and empowered team.The Matron alongside the Senior Leadership wider team will ensure our services are safe, timely, clinically effective, and person centred so patients, service users and families have a good experience of care.
